Melissa is an accomplished Advertising Specialist dedicated to problem-solving, analyzing results + making suggestions to the client based on their individual results.
She loves all things technology + geeks out over Instagram updates. She oddly loves creating Facebook advertisements + marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing + Advertising has been a part of her life for the past 7 years. She left the corporate world to pursue her own business. Melissa works remotely + wouldn’t change her lifestyle one bit!
About Melissa
Melissa Litchfield, Founder and Creative Director
Melissa is a military wife, living in Alabama with her husband and daughter, Madeline.
Melissa also has a background in Holistic Nutrition and Public Health.
Melissa honestly couldn’t run her business without her team! We personally have our own Social Ads Manager, Project Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Funnel Designer, Graphic Designer, Copywriter and Social Ads Intern.

Katie serves as our Lead Ads Manager, after she started as an intern in October 2021. Since then she has immersed herself into the online education space, as she works with her clients.
She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where she obtained her BS in Hospitality Management. With her drive and determination she graduated a year early with the highest honors! She currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her cat Mango.
In her free time she loves shopping, exploring the city, and baking recipes she finds on TikTok. She has grown to enjoy the world of Digital Marketing and is excited to be working with Melissa and the team!

Katie Norton, Lead Ad Manager
Brooke Scott serves as our Project Manager focusing on client deliverables for Funnel Builds, after joining our team in August 2021.
She is a graduate of Angelo State University, in San Angelo, Texas where she obtained her MBA and a Bachelors with a concentration in Finance.
She currently lives in Lubbock, Texas with her husband Brance, and two dogs Dean and Jagger.
Coupled with her drive and consistency, her desire to serve and help others are the building blocks of her foundation in helping to accelerate her approach in funnel development.
Brooke believes accountability and clarity are keys to elevating success, a practice she demonstrates through communication, and restorative strategies.
She assists in aiding the productivity across Litchfield Media, by executing the pieces needed for funnel build outs and by ensuring a consistent flow within day-to-day operations.

Brooke Scott, Client Operations Manager
Presh Rodgers is all about living a life full of laughs, good vibes, phenomenal food, and FUN. She’s silly, playful, energetic and loves a good personality test (She’s an ENFP and enneagram 3).
She was born and raised in Miami, but currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her two plant babies (that she struggles to keep alive).
Her favorite things are experiencing different cultures (she’s been to been to over 25 countries and lived abroad in South Korea), being creative (she’s a published Black romance author), binging shows, and debating people about the fact that pancakes are superior to waffles.
